Limitations of this sizing tool
- Not a quote. Build cost is a range. Real quotes vary with brand, freight, install labour, electrical, permits, and rebates.
- Air-quality classes are heuristics. Medical, breathing-air, food-direct-contact, and pharma applications require an independent air-quality audit.
- Breathing air is separately regulated. SCBA / SAR / dive systems must meet CGA G-7.1, EN 12021, and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134.
- Electrical & code compliance is on the operator. Phase, voltage drop, breaker sizing, vibration, sound, condensate disposal — not checked here.
