Atlas Copco CD 10+ is a heatless desiccant compressed-air dryer rated at 21.2 SCFM at standard inlet conditions, delivering a -40°F pressure dew point. Maximum inlet pressure is 232 PSI. The unit connects via 1/2 NPT port with 115V / 60 Hz / single-phase power. The CD 10+ uses pressure-swing adsorption to achieve ISO 8573-1 Class 2 moisture performance, making it appropriate for instrumentation air, critical process equipment, electronics manufacturing, and pharmaceutical applications. As a heatless desiccant design, a portion of dried air (typically 15–20%) is consumed for desiccant bed regeneration — factor purge loss into system sizing.
