LS-100

Sullair LS-100 is a 100 HP (75 kW) single-stage oil-flooded rotary screw compressor producing approximately 480 ACFM at 100 PSI with a 175 PSI maximum rating. The defining feature of the LS series is Sullair’s direct-drive 1:1 airend with a long-life rotor design that the company backs with the lifetime airend assurance program when serviced exclusively with Sullube fluid (a Sullair-original synthetic). The package is built around the Sullair Touch Screen Controller, integrated aftercooler, and electronic auto-drain. Footprint is intentionally generous to allow easy field service: panels remove without special tools, the airend pulls straight up for major service, and consumables are color-coded. Sullair markets the LS series as the long-life industrial workhorse and it is the most-installed Sullair platform in North American production plants. The LS-100 is a common replacement for legacy belted 100 HP units in machine shops, plastic injection facilities, and stamping plants.
