Sullair 185 Series T4F is the long-running 185-CFM tow-behind diesel rotary screw portable air compressor that has been the workhorse of jobsite air since the 1980s. The unit delivers 185 SCFM at 100 PSI rated, with adjustable pressure range 80-125 PSI, powered by a Kubota D1803 Tier 4 Final 49 HP diesel engine running at 2,720 RPM (Cat C2.2 and Perkins 404F-E22T are also offered). Dry weight is 1,960 lbs with the Kubota engine and 2,060 lbs with the Cat. Fuel tank capacity is 27 gallons supporting roughly 9-10 hours of full-load runtime at approximately 2.7-2.9 GPH. Maximum operating altitude is 9,000-9,840 feet. Optional cold-weather package adds engine block heater and battery warmer for sub-zero starts. Best for sandblasting, demolition, pneumatic tools on construction and pipeline jobs, mining-support, and irrigation blow-outs.
