PL-92520

The Saylor-Beall PL-92520 is a 25-horsepower, two-stage, pressure-lubricated reciprocating air compressor mounted on a 200-gallon ASME-rated horizontal receiver. It delivers 89.6 CFM at 175 PSI from a heavy cast-iron pump driven by a magnetic-starter-equipped three-phase motor, available in 200-208V, 230V, or 460V configurations. The pressure lubrication system feeds oil to all critical bearings, allowing higher duty cycles than splash-lubricated machines in the same horsepower class. The PL-92520 is the simplex industrial entry in Saylor-Beall’s 9000 series; an X-92520 duplex pairs two pumps on the same 200-gallon tank for redundancy. Standard packaging includes the magnetic starter, pressure switch, tank gauge, safety relief valve, and centrifugal unloader for loadless starts. The PL-92520 ships from the company’s St. Johns, Michigan plant with a two-year warranty and uses standard 30-weight non-detergent oil. Common applications include heavy fabrication shops, industrial spray-paint lines, multi-bay collision centers, and small manufacturing facilities where uptime matters and a rotary-screw is overkill or wrong-fit.
