QGS-7.5

Quincy QGS-7.5 is a 7.5 HP single-phase 230V rotary screw compressor putting 20.4 SCFM into a 60-gallon horizontal tank at 150 PSI, with 100 percent duty rating. The single-phase availability is the differentiator: most rotary-screw competitors at this size require three-phase service, and the QGS-7.5 lets a residential or small-commercial shop with a 230V single-phase panel install a true production-grade screw without an electrical upgrade. Sound is roughly 64 dBA, far quieter than an equivalent 7.5 HP two-stage piston. With-dryer (HPD-1) adds an integrated refrigerated dryer for clean dry air. The microprocessor controller handles load/unload, low-oil cutout, overheating, and total run-time hours, and the fluid is 8,000-hour synthetic. Best application is a 2-3 bay auto shop, body shop, woodshop, or construction job trailer that needs continuous air without three-phase. Standard configurations include tank-mount and base-mount, with the dryer optional. Engineered and assembled in the United States. Five-year extended airend warranty when registered.
