QGS-15

Quincy QGS-15 is a 15 HP single-stage oil-flooded rotary screw compressor delivering 55.9 ACFM at 125 PSI with a 175 PSI max rating, mounted on a 120-gallon horizontal ASME tank and rated for 100 percent duty cycle. The twin-screw airend is belt-driven through an auto-tensioning device that extends belt life and simplifies maintenance, and the package ships with QuinSyn-Plus synthetic fluid good for 8,000 service hours. Sound at 62 dBA puts it in the sit-next-to-it range, a meaningful step quieter than a comparable 15 HP two-stage piston that would idle around 80-85 dBA. Microprocessor control handles load/unload and shutdown protection, and an air-cooled aftercooler is standard. Available with an integrated refrigerated dryer (HPD/TMD configuration) that drops pressure dewpoint to roughly 50F. Best fit is a production shop, busy automotive bay group, or paint booth that runs continuously and benefits from clean dry air. Quincy is engineered and assembled in the USA.
