QGS-10

Quincy QGS-10 is a 10 HP single-stage rotary screw compressor making 38.8 ACFM at 125 PSI on a 120-gallon horizontal tank, rated for continuous 100 percent duty. The oil-injected twin-screw airend cuts vibration and noise meaningfully versus a piston, and Quincy ships the package with 8,000-hour synthetic fluid that minimizes oil carryover into the air stream. The TEFC motor accepts 208, 230, or 460V three-phase power; single-phase 230V is offered on selected configurations. Both base-mount, tank-mount, and tank-mount-with-dryer variants exist; the dryer adds a refrigerated drier with roughly 50F pressure dewpoint at full flow. Microprocessor control board handles automatic load/unload, low-oil shutdown, hour metering, and overheat protection. Best fit is a 4-6 bay auto shop, mid-sized production shop, woodshop, or any application that previously over-ran a 7.5 HP piston into thermal trip.
