CSD 75

Kaeser CSD 75 is a 100 HP (75 kW) single-stage oil-injected rotary screw compressor producing roughly 461 ACFM at 110 PSI with a 217 PSI max operating rating, mounted in a compact direct-drive package. The CSD series uses Kaeser’s Sigma airend profile, which is widely cited in industry for slightly better specific power (kW per CFM) than competing single-stage screws thanks to the optimized rotor profile and tight running clearances. The package is built around the Sigma Control 2 controller with full Modbus and Profibus connectivity for plant air management, an integrated aftercooler, electronic auto-drain, and an IE4 premium-efficiency motor as standard. Sound is approximately 70 dBA at one meter. Kaeser positions the CSD 50-110 range as the workhorse for medium-to-large industrial users in machine shops, stamping plants, and automotive Tier suppliers.
