JUN-AIR OF302 (Gast brand since the merger) is an ultra-quiet oilless rocking-piston compressor producing 1.55 SCFM free air delivery at the 120 PSI maximum on a small 4-liter (1.06 gallon) tank, designed for laboratory, dental, beverage, gas-generation, and tabletop medical applications where noise must be effectively absent and oil contamination is unacceptable. Displacement is 4.87 SCFM at 60 Hz; FAD at full pressure is 1.55 SCFM. The rocking-piston design uses a flexible diaphragm geometry that eliminates lubrication requirements while maintaining thermal headroom for continuous duty. JUN-AIR is the long-standing reference platform for clean dental and lab air at the chairside or benchtop scale; the 30/4 family (OF302-4M, OF302-25M etc.) covers tank sizes from 4-25 liters and is offered in 120V single-phase. The unit slips under most desks and runs at noise levels comparable to a quiet refrigerator.
