W11HGB-PT

The Jenny W11HGB-PT is a service-truck or platform-mount two-stage gas-driven air compressor powered by an 11 HP Honda GX-series engine with electric start. The ‘PT’ suffix designates the platform/truck mount configuration without an integrated air tank, intended for OEM service-vehicle integration where the customer supplies the receiver. The pump is the same heavy-duty cast-iron W-series two-stage assembly used in the W11HGB-30P (30-gallon wheeled-portable) and W11HGB-30T (30-gallon truck-mount with tank), and it delivers 21 CFM at 100 PSI or 17.6 CFM at 175 PSI. It is belt-driven with a large flywheel and special unloading valves to assist starting under tank pressure. Standard equipment includes a high-quality pilot valve, pneumatic throttle idle control to reduce engine RPM during no-demand intervals, anti-vibration feet, manual tank drain (when paired with a tank), pressure relief safety valve, and tank/regulator/outlet pressure gauges. Jenny manufactures the unit in Somerset, Pennsylvania. Typical uses include tire service trucks, mobile mechanical fleets, line-painting trucks, and field-service vehicles where a contractor specifies their own tank and plumbing.
