Ingersoll Rand SS3L3 is a 3 HP single-stage cast-iron piston compressor on a 60-gallon vertical ASME tank, 230V single-phase. It delivers 11.3 CFM at 90 PSI with a 135 PSI maximum operating pressure. The SS3 pump is a 100 percent cast-iron two-cylinder block intended for continuous-duty applications, with stainless steel finger valves, splash lubrication, an oversized belt wheel for cool operation, and a 5,000-plus hour pump life under standard conditions. Dimensions are 20 by 23 by 66 inches and net weight is 300 lbs. Includes discharge check valve, pressure gauge, drain valve, service valves, and relief valves out of the box. Single-stage means it tops out at 135 PSI – this is the trade-off versus a two-stage compressor and the reason it is rated for only 11.3 CFM at 90 PSI rather than at 175 PSI.
