Centac CV200

Ingersoll Rand Centac CV200 is a 200 kW (268 HP) three-stage oil-free integrally-geared centrifugal compressor delivering approximately 1,300 SCFM at 100 PSI. Ingersoll Rand still markets the Centac brand for North American plant-air customers despite the divestitures of related lines, focusing on the small-to-mid centrifugal range from CV150 through CV450. The CV200 is sized for stable continuous demand of 1,000-1,400 SCFM and is a frequent replacement for two or three legacy 100 HP rotary screws on a single plant header. Construction is integrally geared with three centrifugal impellers around a central bull gear, water-cooled intercoolers between stages, an aftercooler, inlet guide vanes for capacity modulation, and the IR Centac CMC controller for load sharing. Standard package is ISO 8573-1 Class 0 oil-free, suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and electronics where any oil carryover is unacceptable.
