Ingersoll Rand 2545K10-P is the Type 30 10 HP two-stage cast-iron piston compressor in the Premium Package configuration: 120-gallon vertical ASME tank, three-phase (208, 230, or 460V), 35 CFM at 175 PSI. The Premium Package adds an air-cooled aftercooler, electronic auto tank drain, low-oil-level switch, and a magnetic starter to the standard Type 30 platform. Construction is the cast-iron K-pump with splash lubrication, finger-style stainless valves, designed for 100 percent continuous duty and 15,000-plus hour pump life. Dual control lets the operator pick start-stop or constant-speed mode based on load profile. Best fit is a busy paint shop running continuous HVLP, a 3-4 bay automotive shop with two impact lines, or a small fabrication shop with a plasma cutter. The aftercooler is the differentiator versus the bare K10-V Value model – it knocks moisture out before air reaches the receiver, which keeps tank water down in humid climates and extends downstream filter life.
