Ingersoll Rand 2340L5-V is the Type 30 5 HP two-stage cast-iron piston compressor on a 60-gallon vertical ASME tank, 230V single-phase. It delivers 14.3 ACFM at 175 PSIG (sometimes published as 14.7 CFM at 90 PSI). The Type 30 pump is IR’s flagship industrial reciprocating pump line, fully cast-iron with finger-style stainless valves, splash lubrication, and a low-RPM design for long pump life. Dimensions are 48 by 40 by 76 inches and net weight is 435 lbs. Sound is approximately 85 dBA. The 230V single-phase configuration draws roughly 22.5 amps at full load. Best fit is a single-bay commercial shop, a serious home shop with 230V service, or a contractor needing a 175 PSI two-stage compressor without three-phase wiring.
