CA7.5

FS-Curtis CA7.5 is a 7.5 HP two-stage splash-lubricated piston compressor with the cast-iron E57 pump, rated 23.2 SCFM at 175 PSI on an 80-gallon vertical or horizontal ASME tank. The CA7.5 shares the high-flow stainless-steel channel valve design and intercooler architecture of the smaller CA5+ but pairs the E57 pump with a larger TEFC motor for higher continuous output. UltraPack configuration adds aftercooler, automatic drain, and refrigerated dryer for clean dry shop air, eliminating the need for a downstream dryer. Standard package is 230/460V three-phase; ASME-certified receiver tank, V-belt drive, OSHA belt guards, magnetic starter, and ISO 9001 manufacturing standards apply. Best for 2-3 bay auto, body shops with paint booths, woodshops with continuous spray demand, light fabrication, and any 7.5 HP continuous-duty application that wants the highest CFM-per-HP in a piston platform.
