CA7.5-UltraPack

The FS-Curtis CA7.5 UltraPack is a 7.5-horsepower two-stage reciprocating air compressor on an 80-gallon vertical (or horizontal) ASME-rated tank, packaged from the factory with FS-Curtis’s UltraPack option bundle. It delivers 23.2 CFM at 175 PSI from the same 100% cast-iron E57 pump used in the smaller CA5+ — operating at a higher 1,053 pump RPM to extract the additional airflow — and its 1/2-inch NPT outlet size suits standard shop plumbing. The UltraPack bundle includes an air-cooled aftercooler, magnetic motor starter, low-oil-level shutdown, automatic tank drain, vibration-isolator pads, and factory oil fill, plus eligibility for FS-Curtis’s 5-Year UltraShield warranty. Voltage options cover 230V single-phase plus 200-208V, 230V, and 460V three-phase; the single-phase 230V configuration is the most common selection for small-shop installations. The vertical 80-gallon footprint suits shops with limited floor space, while the horizontal variant is more common in service-bay installations. Typical applications include mid-size auto-body shops, paint booths needing sustained sandblasting or HVLP airflow, fabrication shops, and small manufacturing cells with multiple impact tools running concurrently.
