CA5+-UltraPack

The FS-Curtis CA5+ UltraPack is the factory-packaged version of the CA5+ Vertical, adding the most commonly-purchased options to the base 5-horsepower two-stage 80-gallon platform. The pump and tank are unchanged: 100% cast-iron E57 pump delivering 18.5 CFM at 175 PSI on an 80-gallon ASME-certified vertical receiver. The UltraPack adds an air-cooled aftercooler to drop discharge temperatures and condense water before the tank, an automatic tank drain to manage condensate without manual intervention, low-oil-level shutdown to protect the pump from accidental run-dry conditions, vibration isolator pads to reduce floor transmission, and a factory oil-fill so the unit is ready to run on delivery. The most significant ownership advantage is FS-Curtis’s 5-Year UltraShield warranty, which covers both the pump and the package as long as the maintenance schedule is documented. Voltage options match the base CA5+ Vertical: 230V single-phase plus 200-208V, 230V, and 460V three-phase. Net cost over the bare CA5+ Vertical typically runs 15-25% extra and is the standard choice for buyers who would otherwise add the same accessories field-installed.
