CA10-DUP

The FS-Curtis CA10-DUP is a duplex compressor pairing two 10-horsepower two-stage E71 pumps on a single 120-gallon horizontal ASME tank. Each pump delivers 34.2 CFM at 175 PSI; running both delivers 68.4 CFM at the same pressure. The duplex topology serves two purposes: alternating lead-lag operation extends pump life by sharing run-hours across both, and either pump alone provides full backup capacity if the other is down for service, eliminating compressed-air downtime that would shut a facility. The package includes dual magnetic starters with an alternator/lead-lag controller, a UL pressure switch, and the same UltraPack accessories (aftercooler, auto drain, low-oil shutdown, vibration isolators) as simplex models, plus the 5-Year UltraShield warranty. Available in 200-208V, 230V, and 460V three-phase; single-phase is not offered. The unit measures 96 inches long by 32 inches wide by 53 inches tall and weighs 1,311 lbs assembled. Common applications include critical-air manufacturing where downtime is unacceptable, large auto-body and collision shops with multiple paint booths, and food/beverage operations where compressed-air loss halts production lines.
