HR25-12

Champion HR25-12 is a 25 HP two-stage splash-lubricated piston compressor with the cast-iron R-70 pump on a 120-gallon horizontal ASME tank, rated 90.7 SCFM at 175 PSI at 776 pump RPM, with intermediate test points of 102.9 ACFM at 125 PSI and 105.2 ACFM at 80 PSI. The R-70 includes head unloaders for loadless start, which dramatically reduces motor inrush and is a meaningful feature on the larger 25 HP package. Standard package is 230/460V three-phase with a magnetic starter, automatic tank drain, low oil-level monitor, air-cooled aftercooler, and dual-control panel. Best for production lines and large machine shops, multi-bay auto facilities, body shops with paint booths, fabrication and weld shops, and any 25 HP continuous-air application running 175 PSI service. Champion (Gardner Denver) backs the pump with a 5-year extended warranty when registered. The HR25-12 sits squarely in the heavy-duty industrial piston segment that competes with rotary screws on initial cost.
