LS-25

Sullair LS-25 is a legacy single-stage flooded rotary screw compressor family covering 150-350 HP variants at 110 / 125 / 150 PSIG max pressure, produced from the late 1980s through approximately 2010 before being superseded by the modern LS Series (LS90 / LS110 / LS160). A representative 200 HP LS-25 200L delivers about 1,000 ACFM at 110 PSIG on a 460V / 3-phase / 60 Hz Sullair flooded twin-screw airend with Sullair Supervisor I microprocessor control and Wye-Delta reduced-voltage starting. Build is skid-mounted with butterfly inlet, Sullicon modulating control, receiver-separator and aftercooler; package weights run 7,845 to 10,318 lb depending on HP, pressure variant, and air-cooled vs. water-cooled configuration. The LS-25 is a baseload industrial workhorse: shops with 25-30+ year-old units routinely report zero airend failures when Sullube or 24KT fluid and filters are maintained on schedule.
