F12C-30C

The Jenny F12C-30C is a 0.5 HP single-stage reciprocating air compressor designed specifically for HVAC climate-control applications, where slow loading cycles and clean dry air matter more than peak airflow. It delivers 2.9 CFM at 100 PSI from a cast-iron F-series pump on a 30-gallon horizontal ASME-certified powder-coated tank. The pressure switch is set to a 75-100 PSI cut-in/cut-out range, which is well below industrial-shop compressors and matches the duty cycle of pneumatic dampers and zone valves. Splash lubrication uses Jenny Synthetic Blue oil, and the unit ships factory-filled. The compressor is belt-driven from a UL-listed motor through a totally enclosed guard with a large flywheel for cooling and easy starting. A duplex-tank variant, 2(F12C)-30C, mounts two F12C pumps on a single tank for HVAC redundancy. Both variants are made at Jenny’s Somerset, Pennsylvania, plant. Standard equipment includes a tank gauge, pressure relief safety valve, special unloading valves to assist motor starting, and a large canister intake filter with replaceable elements. Single-phase 115V is the most common configuration.
